Pyrramid Wealth Distributors does not accept money from investors towards investments. All payments for investments, premiums and repayments are made directly to the asset management company, insurer or lending institution concerned. This policy explains how cancellation and refund work for those transactions, and for any service fee billed by us.
A SIP may be cancelled at any time by written instruction. Cancellation requests are processed by the registrar within the timeline prescribed by the AMC, typically requiring a notice period before the next instalment date. Instalments already debited before cancellation takes effect will be invested and cannot be reversed.
Every insurance policy carries a free look period from the date of receipt of the policy document, as prescribed by IRDAI. A policy cancelled within that period is refunded by the insurer after deducting proportionate risk premium, medical examination cost and stamp duty. After the free look period, surrender value, if any, is governed by the policy wording.
Where a payment fails or is debited twice, the amount is reversed by the payment gateway or the receiving institution to the originating bank account, usually within seven to ten working days. Our desk will follow up with the institution and provide you with the reference details on request.
Where we bill a professional fee for a corporate consulting engagement, the cancellation and refund position is governed by the written engagement letter signed for that assignment. Fees for work already performed and delivered are not refundable. Any advance covering work not yet commenced is refunded within fifteen working days of written cancellation.
Write to us at info@pyrramid.in from your registered email address, or call the number published on this website, stating the transaction reference, the date and the reason. We will acknowledge within three working days and confirm the position with the institution concerned.
