Consultant
Leads the practice. Cost accountancy and business consulting background, and the named point of contact on most corporate assignments.
Pyrramid Wealth Distributors was incorporated in 2009. We began in equipment financing, and moved into wealth distribution in 2019. The practice is led by Mr. Jaimin S. Sheth.
The name comes from a structure that holds because of what sits underneath it, and the logo is an hourglass because time does most of the work in this business. Neither is decoration. They describe what we actually believe about how household and business wealth is built — slowly, through instalments that keep going through and records that stay in order.
Today the firm runs two practices. The distribution side is AMFI-registered and facilitates transactions in mutual funds, insurance and lending products for families, individuals and non-resident investors. The corporate side, built on cost accountancy discipline, works with businesses on costing, virtual CFO support, compliance and transaction readiness.
Most of our clients need both, because most of them are promoters. Their business and their household are not separate problems, and we do not run them as separate relationships.

We are a distributor and a consulting firm. We are not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser or Research Analyst, and we say so before the conversation starts rather than in footnote text.
A transaction is not complete when the form is signed. It is complete when the units are allotted, the statement matches and the folio is clean. That is where our work ends.
Certification, audit, attestation and registered advice are performed by qualified professionals in our partner network — chartered accountants, company secretaries and advocates.

The practice is led by Mr. Jaimin S. Sheth, whose background in cost accountancy and business consulting shapes how both sides of the firm work. He is supported by a compact operations and servicing team, and by a network of chartered accountants, advocates, company secretaries and registered advisers we work with on assignments requiring their licence.
We keep the team small on purpose. Every client file has a named person attached to it who knows the history, so nobody has to explain their situation twice.
A compact desk, so every client file has a named person attached to it who knows the history.

Where an assignment needs a licence we do not hold — a chartered accountant, a company secretary or a SEBI-registered adviser — we bring in a partner from our network rather than improvise.
We start by listening to what actually needs solving, and by mapping what the household or business already holds. No product is discussed in the first conversation.
Scattered folios, policies, deposits and records are brought into one view, with gaps in KYC, nomination and documentation identified in writing.
Transactions are processed, tracked and confirmed. Paperwork is followed through to completion rather than handed back to you at the halfway mark.
Statements, claims, nominations, transmissions and modifications are handled on an ongoing basis. This is where most of our work actually sits.
We are at Althan in Surat, open Monday to Friday. Bring whatever paperwork you have; it never needs to be organised first.
