Individually held portfolios managed by a SEBI-registered portfolio manager.

Portfolio Management Services are offered by SEBI-registered portfolio managers to investors meeting the prescribed minimum investment threshold. Unlike a mutual fund, securities are held in the investor's own name and demat account.

Pyrramid Wealth Distributors is registered with the Association of Portfolio Managers in India (APMI) as a Portfolio Management Service provider under APRN08068. In that capacity we distribute portfolio management services — we facilitate introductions, onboarding documentation and ongoing servicing with SEBI-registered portfolio managers. We are not ourselves a Portfolio Manager. The investment mandate, strategy, discretion and fee structure are agreed directly between you and the portfolio manager, and your securities are held in your own name.
