An equity fund invests the bulk of its corpus in listed shares. SEBI defines the categories — large cap, mid cap, small cap, flexi cap, multi cap, focused, value, contra, sectoral and thematic — and each category carries a stated mandate the scheme has to follow. The Net Asset Value moves with the market every business day, in both directions.

We distribute equity schemes across fund houses and handle the transaction and servicing side: onboarding, folio creation, purchases, switches, redemptions and consolidated statements. Category and scheme selection remains your decision, or that of a SEBI-registered investment adviser you appoint; our job is to execute it cleanly and keep the records straight.
