Listing readiness is built over quarters, not weeks.
An IPO tests three years of history. Related party transactions, promoter withdrawals, inventory valuation policy and statutory registers are all examined in a way they never were before. Businesses that begin preparing a few months ahead of filing usually discover they needed a few years.
We work with promoters on listing readiness: identifying what will not survive scrutiny, cleaning it while there is still time, and preparing the company for the intermediaries who will run the issue. The issue itself is executed by SEBI-registered merchant bankers, and we maintain working associations with several of them so a promoter is introduced to the firms whose sector experience and issue size actually fit the company.

What this covers
- Listing readiness assessment against SME and main board eligibility criteria
- Historical financial clean-up and restatement coordination with auditors
- Related party transaction review and regularisation before filing
- Corporate governance, board structuring and committee formation
- Statutory register, minute book and secretarial record reconstruction
- Coordination with merchant bankers, registrars and legal counsel through the process
How we run it
Assess
An honest early read on whether the business is eligible and, more importantly, ready.
Clean
Issues are fixed while there is still time for them to age out of the reporting window.
Coordinate
We sit between the promoter and the intermediary team through filing and listing.
