Direct equity means owning listed shares in your own demat account. Returns come from price movement and dividends, and outcomes depend entirely on the specific companies held and the price at which they were bought.

Trading and demat accounts are opened with a SEBI-registered broker and depository participant. We facilitate introductions and account opening; execution, research and advice are provided by the registered intermediary.
