Loans & Credit

Borrowing against a residential or commercial property you already own.

A loan against property is a secured loan where an owned property is mortgaged to the lender. Because the security is tangible, the interest rate is materially lower than an unsecured business or personal loan, and the tenure is longer — commonly ten to fifteen years. Lenders typically advance a percentage of the assessed market value rather than the full value.

It is used for business expansion, working capital, consolidating expensive debt or funding a large one-off cost. We prepare the file, place it with partner banks and NBFCs, and run the process through valuation, legal opinion and disbursement. Sanction and pricing remain the lender's decision.
